Customer Coordination Team

As a business, VOCON Energy can offer a full back-office planning and scheduling service to allow our clients the ability to hand over complete work baskets with the confidence that we can deliver the end-to-end process. We tailor our offering around our clients' requirements in a quick and flexible approach.

VOCON Energy understands the importance of the end-to-end customer experience, working to our clients' specific SLAs and time frames for appointments, as well as delivering on set KPIs and customer satisfaction scores whilst representing them professionally in the field.

Since 2021, we have continued to grow our expanding portfolio of main workstream contracts within the UK, and our engineering and contact centre capacity has tripled in size. We schedule clear AM (8am – 1pm) and PM (12pm – 5pm) booking windows to ensure engineers can take their time at each job.

Northern Powergrid

We work closely with OCU and Freedom on behalf of Northern Powergrid to install Low Carbon Technology (LCT) equipment such as Electric Vehicle Charging Points (EVCP) and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).

When LCT equipment is installed, VOCON Energy is notified via an application form to check and upgrade fuses where required. Our experienced team represents our clients professionally in the field — VOCON Energy is proud to maintain a 93% customer satisfaction rating.
