A key part of the VOCON Energy offering is our ongoing commitment to Innovation and Technology. As a company we have invested significantly into Remote Data Capture systems and have designed our own app — "Onsite" — Real Data, Real Time.

Onsite is our replacement for paper-based forms. By using this cutting-edge technology we can reduce job paperwork, resulting in greater efficiencies and increased operational productivity.

Our engineers can access Onsite on any smartphone platform via an application which allows back-office staff to provide live business information to supervisors, engineers and customers. This also enables us to send timestamped forms straight from desktop to customer inbox in a PDF format — giving complete insight into what is happening "onsite" without having to visit site.

Onsite Tracker

GPS software is an effective tool that allows us to utilise our team of engineers and arrange site visits efficiently.

We can view our engineers' live location to establish which team members are closest to an emergency call-out — ensuring that we meet ours, and in turn your, agreed service level agreements.

Management Information

A key part of our DNA is to provide our customers with robust management information — in particular, our ability to evidence our onsite field operations. We have the ability and skill sets to share this MI in various ways with our customers, including client portals and data feeds.

A number of our customers like to run their apps alongside our Onsite app, which allows data to be cross-checked and validated to ensure key information is not lost.

We have the ability to provide customer dashboards and provide data to ensure we are achieving our agreed KPIs and SLAs.

By going paperless and dispatching jobs remotely, the Onsite platform actively contributes to reducing our carbon footprint across every job we deliver.
